Benefits of Commercial Juicers

If you’ve ever flipped channels late at night, you’ve certainly stumbled across an infomercial or two hawking commercial juicers. Don’t let the carny atmosphere of these infomercials throw you off: Commercial juicers can provide you with a host of health benefits.

When you buy juice at your local grocery store, the odds are that you’ll be purchasing a product loaded not only with juice, but with sugar, too. However, when you use your own commercial juicer at home, you can control exactly what goes into your juice.

With a commercial juicer, you can create juices that are rich in nutrients, but low in artificial flavors or sugar. Drinking fresh, homemade juice is as good as taking your fish oil vitamins and a great way to boost your overall health.

That leaves one question, though: How do you find the right commercial juicer? After all, the market is flooded with these products. How can you tell when a juicer is a good buy or a rip-off?

A good strategy is to rely on the Internet. Scour the Web for the commercial juicers that fit your price range. Once you find a handful that you like, look for sites that allow users to post their own reviews. You’ll get a good feel for how well any commercial juicer performs by reading these reviews.

You can also check out sites such as ConsumerReports, which provide unbiased reviews of juicers.

Remember, too, that commercial juicers come in a wide range of sizes, shapes and price points. Some models are quite deluxe, and come with a host of extra features. Others are basic models that get the job done without any frills.

If you’re happy using a juicer to create a few juices each day, you might be satisfied with a lower-cost basic model. If you’re a juice fanatic, one who drinks up to eight glasses of juice a day, you may want to invest in a higher-end model.

Whatever model you choose, though, know that buying a commercial juicer is an investment in your health. A juicer lets you take advantage of the natural nutrients of anything from apples and grapes to oranges and strawberries with little muss or fuss. And if you buy the right commercial juicer, it won’t be a kitchen appliance that you tuck away in an unused cabinet after one or two uses.

Factors To Take Into Consideration When Selecting a Fruit Juicer

When most of us buy a fruit juicer, we base our decision on things such as quality, speed, our needs, performance and of course price. These all are very important factors in our decisions. But to me, the most important factor is thinking about what the juicing needs are. Because all of the remaining factors are driven by the needs you might have for fruit juicing, for example, do you want to juice fruit or vegetables? If fruit then do you want to juice fruits such as apples or oranges. There are so many types and models of fruit juicers, that each one of them is mostly effective in juicing either a certain type of fruits or vegetables. There are some multi-purpose juicers but then they don’t do a very good job as compared to ones that are made for specific purpose such as just juicing vegetables or fruits.

Juicing needs:
If you can spend enough time deciding and narrowing down your juicing needs, you will have done the biggest part in your purchase and the time well spent. Because your juicing needs determine the type of fruit juicer you should buy to fulfill your needs.

Quality:
Quality of your fruit juicer is also very important. To me when it comes to looks vs. quality, I always go for the quality. So, deciding which type of quality you are looking for is very important because also leads to pricing factor. It’s not always true that a higher price makes a better quality product. Many times you can find something that is at a very good price but has a very good quality.

Performance:
This is also very important, because some juicers will juice very efficiently, smoothly and without hassle but then there are some that will take you a long time, will bounce up and down on the table and will make a lot of noise but less juice.

Speed:
Some people prefer fast speeds because fast fruit juicers are quick to juice, it does not take very long and usually they have the ability to juice whole fruit and vegetables. But then there are some folks that don’t like juicers with fast speeds. Because high speed juicers create more heat that can be transferred to the juice and which then can damage some of the nutrients. Low speed juicers also control the foaminess that is created while juicing.

Price:
Of course this could be the most significant factor when choosing a fruit and vegetable juicer. Depending on your needs and budget, you are going to select a machine. I am very adamant on buying a quality juicer that might cost a bit more but then might last longer as compared to buying something cheaper that could break down in matter of months.

As there are multiple brands available in the market that can fit these criterion but most famous ones are Breville Juicer, ACME Juicer and jack lalane juicer.
